New Treadmill Workout: Revved Up

As promised, I’ve revised the Up and At ‘Em treadmill workout. Originally I wrote it as a 60-minute workout, but I’ll be honest I think 60 minutes tends to drag on a little too long. This version is 35-minutes, enough to push your limits if you are in the routine of 30-minutes max, but short enough to keep your attention the entire time.

This tends to be my go-to treadmill run when I want to kick my butt back into an exercise routine.  Alternating between 3-minute long hills and 3-minute long speed intervals, this workout will keep you on your toes for sure. Consider this workout Revved Up

Enjoy, and as always, if you give it a shot, let me know how you like it.

If you are so inclined, I’d love it if you would share on your favorite social media platform.

anne marie, so I tried the advanced and on the 2nd attempt was largely successful, if I survive the day. attempt,a week ago, I chickened out and trimmed back highest incline and highest speed. but today, at the risk of making a fool of myself and flying off the treadmill. I did it. I think my heart rate will be elevated for hours. killer workout. hope it took care of that 2nd piece of pie from last night and many glasses of wine!! merry christmas:)
